Golf course renovation works at Woodenbridge, Co. Wicklow.

RSJ were delighted to be awarded the contract for renovation works at Woodenbridge, one of the oldest and most famous golf clubs in Ireland. 

The Golf course architect was Patrick Merrigan B.Agr.Sc MEIGCA, one of the leading golf course architects in Ireland and Europe. 

The works included construction of green complexes to USGA specification, tee construction and bunker renovation.

RSJ also carried out extensive drainage works including main drainage, lateral drainage, sand slits and topdressing.

While at Woodenbridge we also carried out renovation works to the rock armour protecting the golf course from the local Avoca and Aughrim Rivers.
