Managing Director
Sean Keane B.Ag.Sc is Managing Director of RSJ Ltd and has ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety.
Sean has been construction manager on numerous projects and has been responsible for delivery of projects including Cedarview, Blackwood Square & Bridgefield apartment Block Developments Santry & Thormanby Hill, Howth.
Sean was also construction manager on The Smurfit Course at the K-Club, Domaine de la Brie Golf Course Development France & Clonrooske Link Inner Relief Road Portlaoise.
Sean brings to RSJ a wealth of experience in Civil Engineering and Sportsturf Construction Projects.
Roger Prestage
Finance Director
Roger Prestage ACMA, CGMA has over 25 years financial experience in the construction industry and is responsible for the administration and Financial Management of the company. His role includes tendering, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, compliance & making strategic decisions for the company to enable it to achieve its objectives
Over the years Roger has built up long standing relationships with many suppliers of goods and Services to the industry.
John Kenny
Director & Construction Manager
John Kenny is a director and Construction Manager at RSJ Civil Ltd.
John has over 40 years Construction experience, including Major Earthworks, Drainage, Civil Engineering, Residential and Commercial projects.
John’s most notable projects include Griffeen River Flood Relief Scheme, Edengate Residential and Commercial Development Delgany & Honeypark Residential and Commercial Developments Dunlaoghaire.
John has overseen many projects from initial surveying/setting out right through to completion and has a Diploma in Site Management.
Darren McLoughlin
Construction Manager
Darren has over 20 years construction experience including Roadworks, Residential and Commercial Development projects.
Darren joined RSJ Civil Ltd in 2009 and has been construction manager on a number of high profile residential developments including Bracken Park Castleknock, Cualanor Dun Laoghaire, Barn Elms Churchtown & Annabasky Glen Enniskerry.
He is a committed member of our team consistently delivering projects on time & within budget while developing a close working relationship with our clients.
Piotr Noski
Site Manager
Piotr has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has been with RSJ Civil for over 10 years. He has been site manager on a number of large residential projects including at Cedarview and Blackwood Square, Santry.
He is highly experienced and qualified in water main installation. He has been responsible for the installation of water infrastructure on projects including Bridgefield, Cedarview and Blackwood Square, Santry, Annabasky Glen, Barn Elms and Cualanor, Dun Laoghaire.
