RSJ were awarded the contract for remodelling and golf course development works at Sutton Golf Club following extensive civil engineering works by Fingal County Council.

The works included new tee complex construction, bunker construction and renovation and excavation and finishing of a feature lake on hole number 4. 

We also created extensive mounding and reshaped fairways on holes number 3 & 4 including seedbed preparation and turfing. 

Construction of a sleeper lined burren on hole number 4.

Drainage, sand slitting and gravel banding works on fairways and approaches.

The Golf course architect was Patrick Merrigan B.Agr.Sc MEIGCA.
