RSJ carried out all the construction works for a new Bowling Green at Eglinton Park, Dun Laoghaire. Lawn bowls was previously located at Moran Park, Dunlaoghaire. 

Works included site stripping and grading, drainage, installation of stone layers, final grading and compaction. Once these works had been completed a tarmacadam layer was then installed to world bowls specifications/tolerances. A synthetic double carpet layer was then installed over the tarmacadam. 

Works also included construction of a new club house to subfloor level and all drainage, services installation, footpath/paving and carpark works.

Client: Cosgrave Developments for Dunlaoghaire Rathdown Co. Council.
